We are not able to accept returns or make exchanges.  Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the US (no P.O. Boxes), even in the summer months.  All of our products are shipped in a thermal cooler with reusable ice packs.  There is a $4.00 packaging fee charged to every order to cover the cost of this protective packaging.
